REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns 

We have a 30 day returns policy.Unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered after 30 days from the purchase of any product. Although we shall take each claim on its own merit and extenuating circumstances may be taken into consideration.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. All items must be returned in original packaging.

Proof of purchase must also be supplied when returning goods.

No refund shall be offered for goods returned incomplete or minus any original packaging unless this is the reason for return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or credit is granted (if applicable):

 

Damaged Goods

If items are received damaged, please ensure a photograph is taken of the package and attached to e-mail along with details. This allows us to take issue with the delivery company and raise an investigation.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and applied viayour original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days. Alternatively a credit can be applied to your account.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have yet to receive your refund, we ask you to check with your bank or creditcard company again. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items will only be exchanged if they are faulty or damaged. We will not accept exchanges or returns for items where a customer does not like the fragrance. This is why we offer to send samples to customers. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ohdelilah.co.uk. Once confirmed an arrangement will be made for you to send your item to us for exchange.

 

Returns Shipping

To return your product, please email us at info@ohdelilah.co.uk and an arrangement will be made for the safe return of your purchased item.

Return shipping and cost of such is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No replacement item will be shipped before return has been received and exchange agreed by us.

We suggest all returns are sent to us by recorded delivery as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any returns arrive with us. Any items not received shall not be refunded or exchanged.
